The free breakfast was nice as well as tasty and plenty of food. Only miss was they ran out of milk one day. Bar/Restaurant was open with food until 10pm (and drinks to 11pm), which helped when my son was still hungry late. Pool was nice for the kids to play in. They have a little mini convenience store kiosk thing near the front desk that can be VERY useful.

We stayed 2 years ago and it was exceptional. With nothing else (growth) going on around it, it appears to be slipping in cleanliness and access to restaurants. We ended up having apps in the rooftop bar which we liked. Had a super server there. She was great!

Nice staff at the restaurant on the ground floor. Bartender/waiter was very friendly and fun! The food was good, especially the salad we had! Bed and pillows were comfortable.

there was no microwave available but in reservation it shows refrigerator and microwave available but not I have 5 months baby with me . i want to reception I told them there was no microwave she your reservation was third party it’s shows wrong pictures you need to cancel reservation start with new with hyatt house per night will charge $290/- I said no sorry I got so much problem because I need to warm milk for my 5 months baby.

The most pleasant and welcoming staff. The best hotel dinner served, the best service for meals, best hospitable staff especially for seniors like us. Very accessible for seniors.

It was right by the river would of lingo of had a river view but didn’t request it. Very clean and nice! Breakfast was amazing at hot. Great food since Covid is over!
